Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable and Endowment, Chennai issued in Nada.Ni.Mu.No.68339/2010/L.5 dated 24.07.2010 in appointing the 3rd respondent herein as Executive Officer in Arulmigu Mariamman Temple, Avathanapatti Village, Krishnagiri District and to quash the same as illegal.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the Executive Officer came to be appointed in Arulmigu Mariamman Temple, Avathanapatti Village, Krishnagiri District and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

2. In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
