Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ order or direction particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records of the impugned orders passed by the 5th respondent in Moo.Mu.No. 8201 Na.O.Sa (5) /2016 dated 01.09.2016 and Moo.Mu.No. 00476 Na.O.Sa (5) /2017 dated 24.05.2017 and

quash the same and consequently directing the 3rd and 5th respondents to issue Pension and other Retirement Authorization due to the petitioners deceased husband monetary benefits including family pension to the petitioner herein. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner is challenging the order dated 24.05.2017 however, it would be suffice to issue direction to the first respondent to pass orders based on the impugned order dated 24.05.2017 after obtaining orders from the Government within stipulated time.

2. Considering the above facts and circumstances and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pension proposal of the petitioner with regard to his pensionery and other benefits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
