Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to arrange a seat for the petitioner's daughters namely A.Anishya, R.Anitha and S.Divya respectively, in the Sixth respondent school so as to continue with their X Standard without any break by providing the transfer certificate without any black mark from the 5th respondent school and ordered to provide the medical counseling.

For Petitioners : Mr.S.Vijayakumar in all WPs.

For Respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6 : Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, Spl. G.P.

For Respondent-4 : Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, 5 and 6 categorically states that they have no objection for giving transfer certificate without any stigma to the petitioner's daughters. He would also state that after getting transfer certificate, they will be given admission in the sixth respondent school. As far as the enquiry against the Tamil teacher is concerned that will be fairly done, in accordance with law.

2. The aforesaid statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader is hereby recorded. In the light of the above, the petitioners are hereby directed to approach the fifth respondent for necessary transfer certificate and the sixth respondent for admission to their daughters and the same would be done as per the undertaking given before this Court. However, the fifth and sixth respondent is hereby directed to complete the said exercise, within a period of one week, from the date on which the petitioners approaching the respondents along with a copy of this order.

3. In so far the medical counseling is concerned, the sixth respondent school is hereby directed to give necessary medical counseling to the victim girl, i.e, daughter of the petitioner in W.P.No.30361 of 2016, to get along with her school education.

4. With the above observation, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. -s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar
