This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.7817 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7977 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st Saturday of every succeeding month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
