ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 353, 430, 379 & 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.365 of 2019, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the De-facto Complainant, who was the Tahsildar, while intercepting the vehicles with other officials, the petitioners caught with illegal transportation of sand by using JCP and with 2 tipper lorries and the petitioners used filthy language and also tried to dash the De-facto Complainant. Hence, law enforcing agency registered the case against the petitioners.

3. It is seen from the records that, considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners and the previous cases pending against the petitioners, the earlier Anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court .

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous orders were passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the present Anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
