By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the Respondents 2 and 3 to pass orders for granting approval of appointment of the petitioner in the sanctioned post of B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) in the 4th respondent School, with effect from 01.08.2023, by considering the resubmitted proposal by the 4th respondent dated 20.06.2025, along with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment. 2/6
3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) in the 4th respondent-School on 01.08.2023. Thereafter, the 4th respondent-School has sent a proposal dated 14.08.2023 to the 3rd respondent seeking approval of her appointment. It is the submission of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent has returned the said proposal with certain queries. Thereafter, the 4th respondent-School has rectified the queries and resubmitted the proposal for approval of her appointment and the same was also returned by the 3rd respondent with certain queries.

It is the further submission of the petitioner that after rectifying the above said queries, the 4th respondent-School again resubmitted the proposal and the same was also returned by the 3rd respondent seeking continues recognition of school and thereafter, the 4th respondent-School has rectified the same and resubmitted the proposal and same was also returned. It is the submission of the petitioner that now a proposal in respect of the 3/6
appointment of the petitioner has been forwarded to the 3rd respondent on 20.06.2025 and such representation is pending with them.
6. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that they would consider the proposal, within a reasonable time.

In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the proposal dated 20.06.2025 and pass orders in accordance with Rule Provision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
8. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 17.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
