O R D E R

This revision arises out of a judgment convicting and sentencing the revision petitioner for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Since both sides arrived at a compromise, they filed Memo of Compromise and sought to record the same and also to compound the offence.

2. Both sides learned counsel appeared before this court and the respective parties who also appeared in virtual mode are identified by their respective counsels and both sides agreed that the matter has been compromised and the offence is to be compounded.

3. Accordingly, this court records the compromise. The offence is now compounded and the revision petitioner is discharged of the accusations in the case. This criminal revision case is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
