Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent relating to the impugned order bearing Lr.No. 11/ FS/ 2013 dated 22.08.2016, and quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue his work as per the Deed of Agreement dated 03.01.2009.
