The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1305 days in representing the above CRP.SR.No.144432 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons given by the petitioner for the delay of 1305 days in representing the matters, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Madras High Court Advocates Association within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
