This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.8 (c) in Crl.O.P.No.15528 of 2023, dated 14.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.203 of 2022 and taken on file by the Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
