This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in order dated 20.06.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.8304 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10301 of 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report is filed and case is taken on file in C.C.No.416 of 2022 on the file of Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai.

3. In the said circumstances and having satisfied with the reasons stated, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed, however with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the concerned trial Court on the date of hearings without fail.
