These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.8295, 8294, 8299 & 8301 of 2023 common order dated 08.06.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Ramanathapuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Ramanathapuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.8295, 8294, 8299 & 8301 of 2023 common order dated 08.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
