Mr.K.Srinivasa Murthy (for R2 in Rev.Aplw.227/2024 ) and (for R2 to R6 in Rev.Appl 6 of 2025) COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present review petitions have been instituted to review the common order of this Court dated 12.03.2024 passed in W.A.No.298 of 2022 & W.P.Nos.25984 of 2021 and 1225 of 2023. The petitioner in the present Review petitions appears party in person and would mainly contend that "corrective training and extended refresher" has not been provided to him despite his request made.

2.The said issue was considered and decided by this Court by a common order in W.A.No.298 of 2022 & W.P.Nos.25984 of 2021 and 1225 of 2023, which is sought to be reviewed. Findings in the paragraph no.14 of the said common order would show that the Training Committee stated that he must mandatorily take an additional course for the safety of the passengers i.e., Safety Enhancement Training (SET). However, the petitioner did not accept the decision taken by the Training Committee and sent letters objecting to it. On many occasions, he refused to undergo training citing various reasons, such as illness of the family members, etc. Moreover, he demanded the training committee to provide an Airbus if he is to be sent for training. Considering the attitude of the petitioner, the Training Committee held that it amounted to lack of integrity and decided that he cannot be given "Check Pilot" status again.

3.The decision of the Training Committee was tested by the petitioner by filing writ petitions, writ appeals and review applications before this Court as well as by filing Special Leave Petition (SLP) before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Since he failed in his attempts, he again filed the present review petitions against the common order passed by this Court in Writ Appeal and Writ petitions dated 12.03.2024.

4.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the Page No.4/8

petitioner is not in services as of now and therefore, he is not eligible for training for issuance of "Check Pilot" status. 5.In view of the fact that the petitioner has not established any error apparent and made an attempt to re-adjudicate the issues on merits, the present review petitions are dismissed.
