ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2016.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a representation dated 02.06.2016 to the first respondent to take action against the private respondents for usage of residential apartment for non-residential activities. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned standing counsel for the 1st respondent / Corporation and the learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent / Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the official respondents submitted that based on the representation of the petitioner, the respondents have taken action and passed appropriate orders.
