Heard Mr.K.Shakespeare, learned counsel for the applicants.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants do not press the applications as well as the appeals as against non-applicants 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 23, 27, 11, 17, 20, 25, 24, 28 and 30 in C.M.P.No.19275 of 2023 and non-applicants 5, 7, 8, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 23, 27, 10, 24, 28, 20, 25 and 30 in C.M.P.Nos.19254 of 2023.

In the light of that, these applications as well as the appeals stand dismissed as against the aforementioned non-applicants/respondents.

Respondent 1 is served, but none appears for respondent 1.

Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader appears for respondents 2 to 4.

For the reasons stated in the respective accompanying affidavits, the delay of 4 days and 10 days in filing the respective appeals is condoned. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and are disposed of.
