This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent No.2/defacto complainant as the 2nd respondent in the Crl.O.P.No.16409 of and Crl.M.P.Nos.10464 and 10465 of 2023

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. As directed earlier by this court on 08.08.2023, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking to implead the defacto complainant as party to the proceedings.

4. In view of the above, this petition is ordered by impleading the proposed respondent No.2/defacto complainant as the 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.16409 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.Nos.10464 and 10465 of 2023.
