O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is for writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 06.02.2009 made by the petitioner for issuance of patta in respect of the petitioner's property in Ayanavaram Village, Purusawalkam-Perambur Taluk.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Since the prayer in the writ petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that a direction can be given to that effect to the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2009 regarding issuance of patta in respect of the petitioner's property in Ayanavaram Village, PurusawalkamPerambur Taluk and pass suitable order, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the representation is dated back in the year 2010, a copy of the same also can be furnished by the petitioner to the second respondent for early action.

5. With the above direction this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
