ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the detenue namely Ms.Tamaraiselvi, aged about 19 years and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the deteue has already been produced before the concerned Jurisdictional Court and set her liberty and further submitted that the detenue married one Guhan .

The detenue is also present and also stated that she married one Guhan.

Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. However, we direct the respondents 1 and 2 to proceed with the investigation.

5. In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
