This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the above C.R.P.

2. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for Revision Petitioners submitted that the E.A.No.106 of 2018 was dismissed on 03.02.2023 and the copies were made ready on 29.03.2023. However, the copies were misplaced with other bundles and only recently, it was traced out. In view of the same, the there is a delay of 28 days arose in filing the above C.R.P. and the said delay caused is neither willful nor wanton, but for the above said reasons. Accordingly, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit is justifiable one.
