WMP.No. 26241 of 2021 in W.P.No. 24618 of 2008 D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to de-link the instant writ petition from the other writ petitions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the instant writ petition is different from the prayer sought for in the other linked writ petitions filed by the private respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 14 fairly submitted that the other writ petitions are filed by the respondent 4 to 15 herein challenging the report of the committee. Therefore, the relief sought for in the instant writ petition and other writ petitions are entirely different.

Mr.Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P. No.25241 of 2008 also reiterates the same facts.

In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to de-link all the writ petitions from the writ petitions in W.P.Nos. 24618 and 25241 of 2008 and list these two writ petitions on 13.12.2021.
