PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd & 3rd Respondents to cancel the property tax No.183152 which was wrongly issued to the 4th Respondent and to conduct proper enquiry and to issue New Property Tax Assessment to the Petitioner's House located at Plot No.15, M.G.R.Street, Malar Nagar, Kallikuppam, Ambattur, Chennai 600 053 within a stipulated period.
