ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr.G.Shivakumar, learned counsel for the second respondent.
2. On 25.08.2023, when the matter was called out, adjournment was sought by the petitioner. The matter was kept today.
3. Today, none appears for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submits that inspection has been carried out and 42 encroachments have been noticed. He submits that after adhering to the proper procedures, steps for eviction of encroachment would be undertaken.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
