Notice sent to the proposed parties R13 to R17 are returned with an endorsement as 'refused'.

2. This application has been filed to bring the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd defendant and even after impleading these respondents as legal representatives of the deceased 3rd defendant, notice can be once again served to R13 to R17 as Defendants 13 to 17. Hence, I feel this application can be allowed by reserving the right of notice of the defendants, after they are newly impleaded to get notice once again.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. No costs.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in T.O.S. No. 20 of 2020 and list on 17.09.2025.
