Vs MOHAMMED SALEEM [RESPONDENT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] Petitions under Article 227, constitution of India, filed To set aside the Fair and Decreetal order passed in I.A.No.14280/2018 in O.S.No.1409/2017 dated 24.07.2019 on the file of V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai the same by allowing this CRP(PD). No.2688/2019 and;

2) To stay the operation of the impugned order dated 24.07.2019 in I.A.No.14280/2018 in O.S.No.1409/2017 on the file of V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai (in CMP.No.17723/2019) pending disposal of above CRP(PD).No.2688/2019 Order: This Petition coming on for Extension of time on the Second day of November Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 18/01/2021 and letter dated 16/09/2021 vide D.No.9811/2020 from the V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in the presence of MR.M.SIVAVARTHANAN, ADVOCATE for the Petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.JEREMIAH, ADVOCATE for MR.A.P.SATHYAMOORTHY, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This revision petition is listed under the caption "for extension of time".

This Court, by order dated 18.01.2021, while allowing the civil revision petition, directed the trial Court to complete the trial in O.S.No.1409 of 2017, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. But, now the trial Court has sought for extension of time, by letter dated 16.09.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard both sides.

This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the said letter. Accordingly, time is extended by six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1409 of 2017.
