(1) To stay the operation of the impugned order dated 24.07.2019 in IA No.14280/2018 in OS no.1409/2017 on the file of V Asst Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai (in CMP.17723/2019) and;

(2) To vacate the Interim order dated 16.08.2019 staying the operation of the fair order and decreetal order dated 24.07.2019 passed by the trial court in I.A.No.14280 of 2018 in O.s.No.1409 of 2017 passed in CMP.NO.17723 of 2019 in CRP.No.2688 of 2019. (in CMP.25613/2019) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SIVAVARTHANAN, Advocate for the PETITIONER IN CMP.17723/2019 AND RESPONDENTS IN CMP.25613/2019 and of MR.A.P.SATHYAMURTHY, Advocate RESPONDENT IN CMP.17723/2019 AND PETITIONER IN CMP.25613/2019 the court made the following order:- Interim order of stay already granted by this Court is made absolute.
