ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to prohibit the respondent its men, servants, agents, assignees, officers or any person claiming through or under them from taking any action on the PAN Number AAKPM0544P of the Petitioner in relation to Crime No.07/2022 on the file of the First

Respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted in pursuant to the registration of Crime No.7 of 2022 on the file of the Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, the account of the petitioner was frozen, subsequently, it was de-freezed on the ground that the provisions under Section 102 Cr.P.C. was not complied with, by order of this Court dated 11.07.2023 in Crl.O.P. No.15514 of 2023. Now the investigation is completed in Crime No.7 of 2022 and a final report has also been filed and the same was taken cognizance by the TNPID Court, Chennai and it is pending for trial in C.C. No.9 of 2023, where the petitioner is not an accused.

3. Recording the said statement, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
