ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 20.06.2025, wherein, the petitioner has sought for conducting an enquiry into various irregularities that has taken place in the 2nd respondent Association.
3/6 2.Heard Mr.L.Uthayakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.
3.The petitioner has complained various irregularities in the conduct of election of the 2nd respondent and also the running of the 2nd respondent Association. A representation was made in this regard to the 1st respondent on 20.06.2025. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner after affording an opportunity to respondents 2 to 4 and take a decision, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
