This petition has been filed to grant special leave to file an appeal before this Court against the impugned order / judgment of acquittal dated 11.01.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Ambattur, Chennai, in C.C.No.360 of 2017. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the trial Court, after saying that there was a discrepancy in the amount, which is liable to be paid by the accused, dismissed the complaint filed by the petitioner.

Now, on going through the judgment dated 11.01.2021, the respondents herein did not dispute the signature found in the impugned cheque. In the said occasion, it would necessary to see whether the petitioner / complainant, is liable to prove the exact amount, which is liable to be paid by the respondents / accused.
