These applications have been filed by the 5th and 6th defendants seeking to condone the delay in filing the written statement.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.In the considered view of this Court, the 5th and 6th defendants are not filing any independent written statements and they are merely adopting the written statement already filed by the 1st and 2nd defendants.

4.In view of the above, these applications are allowed and the 5th and 6th defendants are permitted to adopt the written statements already filed by the 1st and 2nd defendants.
