Prayer: The Civil Revision petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of the O.S.No.250 of 2014 on merits within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Considering the limited relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioners seek a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.250 of 2014. The said suit was filed as O.S.No.94 of 2007 before the District Munsif, Poonamallee and upon transfer of the same, it was renumbered as O.S.No.250 of 2014. The suit is pending for more than 14 years. It is also seen that the amendment ordered by this Court has been carried out.

3. Considering the long pendency of the suit, the trial Court namely the Sub Court, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.250 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt 2/4

of either a web copy or a certified copy of this order, which ever is earlier and the learned Sub Judge, Poonamallee is directed to forward a report of such disposal to this Court.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
