Prayer in W.P. No.24820 of 2022: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to issue all type of No Objection Certificate along with Sale Deed in respect of allotted house site in Plot No.110 situated in S. No.186, Karumariamman Koil Street, Subramani Nagar, Thundalam Anna Nagar Part II, Ayyappanthangal, Chennai - 56 to the extent of 70.98 sq. meters for enabling the petitioner to get electricity service connection and all basic amenities from Corporation and obtaining bank loan.

No.24822 of 2022: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to issue all type of No Objection Certificate along with Sale Deed in respect of allotted house site in Plot No.107 situated in S. No.186, Karumariamman Koil Street, Subramani Nagar, Thundalam Anna Nagar Part II, Ayyappanthangal, Chennai - 56 to the extent of 77.61 sq. meters for enabling the petitioner to get electricity service connection and all basic amenities from Corporation and obtaining bank loan.

from the authorities concerned.
2. It is stated that the petitioners have been allotted House sites viz., House site No.107 (V.Ravi) and House site No.110 (R. Vinothkumar) by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board. It is the grievance of the petitioners that despite paying the entire cost for the said allotment, till date, the 4th respondent has not issued No Objection Certificates in favour of the petitioners and for which, they made representations on 06.07.2022. As the said representations were not considered, till date, they approached this Court by filing these writ petitions.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued by this Court to consider the petitioners' representations, both dated 06.07.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Learned counsel for the 4th respondent would submit that he has no objection for issuance of appropriate directions in the above regard.

In view of the fair submissions, and considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, this Court, directs the 4th respondent to consider the petitioners' representations, both dated 06.07.2022, if not considered already, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period 3/5
of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
