ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.877 of 2011 pending on his file and file a final report within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has lodged a complaint with the respondent police as against one A.K.M.Jainulabudeen and others and the same was registered in Crime No.877 of 2011. Though the said complaint was registered as early as in the year 2011, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.877 of 2011, investigation was completed and he seeks time to file the final report.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to file final report in Crime No.877 of 2011 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly. s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-IV) //True Copy// Sub-Assistant Registrar To
