This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2023 for providing adequate and appropriate compensation as per the marker value on par with other lands for the petitioner's land measuring 0.40 cents in S.No.172/2 patta No.619, Karadihalli Village, Dhaver Mukkulam Post, Krishnagiri Taluk and Krishnagiri District. The respondents have acquired the above said land for laying road and paid very meager amount.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Special government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders

will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 21.08.2024 rli To
