Seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.238 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Pappirettipatti to the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with the M.C.No.351 of 2024, the 1/5

petitioner wife is before this Court.

2.Though the respondent was served has not entered appearance. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

4.Considering the fact that the respondent is appearing in the above maintenance case before the VII Additional Family Court and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner in H.M.O.P. is residing within the jurisdiction of the Family Court, Chennai, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.238 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Pappirettipatti and transferred to the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with the M.C.No.351 of 2024.

5.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
