This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 111 days in representing the criminal revision as against Order dated 01.8.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2219 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Additional mahila Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 111 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
