At the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent, today this matter has been posted under the caption "for being mentioned".
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on 26.07.2019, this Court had disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.18547 of 2010. He further submits that due to inadvertence it has been mentioned as if the respondent prayed to remit the matter back to the authority for fresh consideration. Hence, he requested to issue a fresh order copy after making necessary corrections.
3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent, it is made clear that the fifth paragraph of the said order shall read as follows: "5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that though the State Information Commission not passed orders in detail, however, the fact remains that when the Institute is approved by the U.G.C. norms, they must furnish the information to the applicant under the Right to Information Act. Hence, he prayed for dismissal of the writ petition"
4. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in W.P.No.18547 of 2010 dated 26.07.2019 after making necessary corrections. 04.10.2019 lok 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
