RESPONDENTS PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent dated 27.06.2024 in R.c.No.140/2024/M-6 D.O.No.29/2024 against the petitioner son Vijay @ Poochi Vijay M/28 yrs son of
Annadurai, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
