O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the application filed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5354 of 2023 seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Court below while granting Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4009 of 2023 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of 15 days and thereafter as and when required.

Heard Mr.N.U.Pressanna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the medical condition suffered by the petitioner during the relevant time, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below in the following manner :

The petitioner is directed to report before the 2/4

respondent police for a period of 15 days daily at 10.30 am starting from 22.08.2023. After the expiry of 15 days, the petitioner shall report as and when required by the respondent police.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
