O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 01.05.2024 seeking appropriate action against the second respondent for removal from the post of Chief Executive Officer by questioning the qualification of the second respondent.

However, this Court is of the view that if at all the second respondent is not qualified to the post of Chief Executive Officer, the superior authority is there to look after and to take appropriate action. Therefore, the petitioner has no locus to seek such direction in this regard. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
