This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2022 and to include the petitioner's name in the revenue records pertaining to R.S.No.384/2B2 of Pungampadi Village based on the petitioner's sale deed dated 28.04.2021 within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 25.07.2022 before the respondents, seeking to include the petitioner's name in the revenue records pertaining to R.S.No.384/2B2 of Pungampadi Village based on the petitioner's sale deed dated 28.04.2021. However, the said representation has been rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, no further adjudication is required 2/4

in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
