petitions and of MR.A.P.SRINIVAS, Senior Standing counsel on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
2. However, it is noticed that the order is dated 07.11.2017, almost four years have lapsed, the petitioner is directed to deposit the amount within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. The respondents are directed to issue suitable instructions to the Administrator of the Website/Web Portal to facilitate the petitioner to make pre-deposit.
