Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The revision is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Villupuam to dispose of HMOP No.39 of 2023 expeditiously. P.B.BALAJI.,J.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pleadings are complete and the petition is at the stage of evidence.

5. Considering the fact that the petition is pending for more than two years, the Judge, Family Court, Villupuram is directed to dispose of HMOP No.39 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
