This petition has been filed to amend the name of the 1st petitioner as Santhosh Kumar and 2nd petitioner as Sathish Kumar instead of Santhosh and Sathish in Crl.O.P.No.19863 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.19863 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
