O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Since it was represented to us that the co-equal Bench of this Court granted a stay of the orders of this Court wherein, challenge was to the revised seniority done as per the directions obtained in the order dated 15.11.2019. Contempt, of which, has been alleged in this contempt petition.

2. It is brought to our notice that the writ appeals in W.A.Nos.1330 & 2386 of 2024, in which, interim stay was granted relate to only promotions from the post of Deputy Tahsildhar to Tahsildhar at Krishnagiri Districts only and it has nothing to do with the contempt alleged. Hence, this contempt petition is re-opened, the order dated 22.04.2025 closing the contempt is re-called.

3. Registry is directed to list the Contempt Petition as per the roaster after two weeks.
