Crl.M.P.Nos.14584 , 14585 & 14586 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.13714 , 13713 & 13718 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.13714, 13713 & 13718 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, Harbour Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in these cases has been completed and the final report has been filed and it is pending committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.7 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Tittakudi.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.13714, 13713 & 13718 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022 is 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

shk Judicial Magistrate, Thitagudi every day at 10.30 am for a period of one week and thereafter as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tittakudi. The remaining conditions are unaltered.

4. With the above directions, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
