Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Record Clerk in the 5th respondent school w.e.f., 14.11.2018, with all consequential monetary benefits, on the basis of the proposal of the 5th respondent school dated 14.11.2018, in the light of the order in G.O.Ms.No.64 dated 03.04.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be closed, as the same has become infructuous and he made an endorsement in the petition to the following effect:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"After receipt of notice ordered by this Hon'ble Court, the 4th respondent vide proceedings dated 25.09.2019 approved the appointment of the petitioner as Record Clerk.

Hence, nothing further survives for adjudication and I made an endorsement to the above said effect."

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
