This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20751 of 2022 on 30.08.2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of COVID-19 SALEM DISTRICT.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions.

3. This Court finds no merits in view of the prayer sought for by the petitioner.

Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
