Comp.A.No.429 of 2023 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to declare and disburse dividend at 100 paise in a rupee on the admitted amount of Rs.39,81,813/- to the ten creditors listed in Annexure-B to the application. In the report dated 08.08.2023, the Official Liquidator has indicated that the amount available with the company in liquidation as on 01.08.2023 is Rs.50,69,10,650.78/-. As such, sufficient funds are available to make disbursement pursuant to the adjudication carried out by the Official Liquidator. Therefore, this application is allowed in terms of prayers (b) to (f) of the Judge's summons and the Official Liquidator is directed to make such disbursement within a maximum period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
