This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.18918 of 2021 dated 11.11.2021.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.05.2021 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 471, 419 of IPC and 66D of I.T. Act in Crl.M.P.No.18918 of 2021 before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, in Crime No.154 of 2021, seeks bail.

3. When the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submits that the petitioners have been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
