These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 350 days in filing petition to set aside abatement; to set aside abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the 1st appellant as appellants 3 to 6 in the First Appeal.
2.There is no objection on the side of the respondent for allowing these petitions.
3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and satisfied with the reasons assigned.
Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
